In developing countries like Bangladesh, installing and moving heavy machines is a bit difficult. In most cases, the Truck Scale / Weighbridge is installed and moved manually by humans. The way Truck Scale / Weighbridge is made and installed in the developed world, SUMO truck scale of different sizes is made and installed a little differently thinking about the service in the future by changing the context of Bangladesh.
We usually make 2 types of SUMO Weigh Bridge. One is the pit type which makes holes at the bottom of the scale and the other is the pitless which is without holes at the bottom of the scale.
We generally manufacture and sell approximately 6 meter X 3 meters, 6.5 meter X 3 meters, 9-meter X 3 meters, 15 meter X 3 meters, and 16-meter x 3 meters SUMO Truck Scales for Bangladesh.
A detailed description of 6 m x 3 m SUMO Weighbridge is given below: 6 meter X 3 meter SUMO Truck Scale can be used to weigh a maximum of 8 wheels truck. Its maximum capacity can be 40 Metric Ton. The scale will have 4 digital load cells (each with a capacity of 40 tons). We import loads of our own wrappers from the best companies in the world and use them on SUMO Weighbridge.
Holes need to be drilled first for the 6 meter X 3 meters pit type SUMO Truck Scale. Then do Macadam below. Then the RCC base has to be welded. Then the RCC column has to be cast. The platform must be high.
SUMO Pit Type Way Bridge
For a 6-meter X 3-meter pit less type SUMO Weighbridge, first, fewer holes need to be made. Then you have to do the sand filling at the bottom and do the Macadam. Then the matte footing RCC should be cast and cured with water for at least 14 days.
SUMO PIT LESS WEIGHBRIDGE
Then the foundation plate should be placed in the four corners. On which the load cell will be placed. The scale is placed on this load cell. Then you have to set the whole structure of the SUMO Truck Scale. Then 4 load cells have to be placed in the four corners. You have to connect the cable to the digital junction box by pulling the cable from 4 load cells. Pull the cable from the junction box to connect to the indicator located in the operator’s room. You need to connect to the computer through the communication port from the indicator. The calibration is then done by calibrating the scale in different steps. We have an accuracy of 2 kg to 5 kg on such a scale.
Calibration by BSTI weights
We do not sell products to customers with any misinformation. We provide immediate support to the customer and solve the problem immediately. Weight is Money. That is why the perfection of weight is very important. We do Calibration (Weight Adjust) with BSTI approved weights. In order to maintain the correct weight, we calibrate the scale at least twice a year. In order to use SUMO Weigh Bridge for a long time, we provide free training to the operator. We take lightning protection measures to prevent lightning problems. So that the scale is protected from lightning damage. The construction cost of a pitless type weighbridge is a little less and the construction cost of a pit type weighbridge is a little higher. Crane is required during pit less type weighbridge service. Which is not readily available everywhere in Bangladesh. So we suggest buying a Pit Type SUMO Truck Scale with a view to providing faster and better service in the future.
